YOU FOUND US! Welcome to KNOSH COLUMBUS, a small batch bakery located in Columbus, Ohio. Our bakery has gone through quite a few changes since we launched this site. Our commercial kitchen space experienced some damage over the winter and the repairs couldn’t be done before the start of the farmers market season. So, we regrouped and expanded our kitchen at home. With some minor menu adjustments we are able to provide almost all of the treats you saw last season.
We may have already met you at the Clintonville Farmers Market or you may be brand new to us. Either way, we welcome you and hope you find something you like. While we are currently focused on providing for the market, we do anticipate opening up for online sales the fall of 2023.
Our recipes are based on midwestern favorites and European treats. They are hardy, full of flavor and a bit oversized…big enough to share.
